Condo Reserve Study
Our in depth condo reserve studies start with a detailed property condition assessment. Following the assessment we utilize a state-of-the art Reserve Study Software which analyzes the condition assessment and helps us project replacements, failures, and potential risks. Next we review the reserve funding in place to determine if it is adequate to cover the buildings future costs. If we find the funding to be insufficient in the longterm we make recommendations to adjust unit pricing accordingly.
